The consortium has been building many case studies for various manufacturing scenario including high frequency cold forging, machine tool energy monitoring, human-centric manufacturing process, etc. More case study will improve the reliability of AI model which leads to seamless smart manufacturing. We plan to educate and train the method so that members can implement their own solutions in their factory.
Other processes
Although all manufacturing processes are of interest in this program, of special interest is mechanical machining at initial phase of the consortium. It is expected that the program will provide a forum for the discussion of generalized solutions and theories associated with the problems.
